Return and Refunds
You may not return consumable items. This includes, but is not limited to: liquid products, coils/pods, cartridges, drip tips, and batteries. Any item deemed consumable is non refundable.
Returning unused items:
- We have a 30 day return policy
- All unopened items maybe returned within 7 days of receipt.
- No restocking fee will be charged. Refund is issued as store credit only once the product is received by us.
- Refunds after 7 days will be charges a 15% restocking fee
- There will be no refunds issued once an order has shipped.
- Refund will be for product price only; S&H fees are non-refundable.
- Sales are final for E-Juice, Drip tips, loose batteries.
- Return Shipping is at the customer’s expense.
Returning Defective Items:
- Original Packaging MUST be included with all returns / replacements. {The manufacture will not honor their warranty without all items included with the product.}
- If the product is faulty, you need to notify us within 72 hours of receipt.
- If the item is deemed to be a valid warranty claim (manufacturer defect) A replacement will be shipped to you without charge.
- If the device is not deemed to be defective, or is missing any of its packaging, the device will be returned to you with the details of our findings.
- Returns after 72 hours of receipt:
- All returns are at the customer’s expense.
- If the item is deemed to be a valid warranty claim, we will ship a replacement item to you. At times the item maybe shipped from the manufacture.
- If the device is deemed to not be defective the item will be returned with the details of our findings.
- Exchanges or refunds will not be sent until the original item and all original packaging is returned.
Fulfillment Errors:
- If you received an incorrect or missing item in your order. You have 48 hours from receipt to contact us to correct the issue.
- Requests for missing or incorrect items after 48 hours will not be accepted.
Dead on Arrival (DOA):
- Cartomizers, HV atomizers and Clearance items (excluding eLiquids) are only covered by our DOA warranty. DOA items must be reported to us within 72 hours of receiving them.
Order Cancellation Policy:
- Once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order.
Compatibility:
- We do not guarantee that our parts and products are compatible with those of other manufacturers or suppliers.
